My Bonsai
Bonsai is not: 1. Japanese special kind of trees that are difficult to maintain. Bonsai is: 1. Trees or shrubs, collected from nature, stores or sowed from seeds. 2. Kept year around, inside or outside, in a container. 3. Easy to maintian, provided temperature, humidity and light that is natural for the tree. 4. A dynamic and rewarding combination of art & recreation.

Finally solved the image size issue so now my blog will have an even larger focus on the images. Please see this excellent guuide if you are struggling with the same. A little CSS knowledge is not really required, but will do you good in the process, but it is really just cut n paste.

Old Tjikko & a collected smaller spruce
While searching for species detalis on wiki i also found this interesting article about the worlds oldest "standalone" tree which is of the same species as my little spruce, well worth a look. 9550 years is pretty impressive I think. : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Tjikko.

The only alligator tree left from last years sowing season.
